- Please write down the correct withdrawal address in a Notepad file, and then try to paste it in the address bar for information check.
- Please download the 55APP, and check if the deposit / withdrawal address on this APP is consistent with the one on the Web browser.
If the two addresses are not the same, this means that the computer is probably attacked by a virus or a Trojan. We have the following suggestions for you:
Install an antivirus software to eliminate the Trojan.
Unload the plug-ins or any unknown third-party software;
You may need to format the hard disk and reinstall the operating system if the situation is extremely serious.
