In addition, please check the following steps:
- Please confirm that your location is supported by the 55 Asset Network SMS confirmation service;
- Please confirm your mobile phone has good network coverage. If the signal is not good, please try moving to an area with good coverage;
- Please clear the firewall, blacklist, and other such functions on your phone;
- Restart your phone.
If you still don't receive the SMS verification code after cleaning and restarting your phone several times, please fill in the work order, send us your mobile phone model, mobile phone system (iOS, Android), country and region. We will contact the SMS service provider and try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
