If you add the wrong coin to your 55 Asset Network address:
- Generally there isn’t a recovery service if the user fills in the wrong address during the operation.
- In order to retrieve serious losses caused by customer's mistakes, 55 Asset Network will help users recover within a controllable cost range. Retrieving operations require high labor costs, time resources and cost control.
- Please provide information about any problem you have encountered, your account number, the coin that was erroneously added, address, quantity, TXID (very important), and screenshots with recharge information. We will respond promptly and analyze whether the retrieval request meets the requirements.
- If it is possible to retrieve the wrong coin, we will need to install or upgrade the wallet software, export and import the private key. Only highly authorized personnel can perform these operations and undergo a rigorous risk control review. The whole process takes at least a month. Please be patient.
