1.If your order is not yet closed:
- Please check that your list price has already provided a competitive price or not, so that you can match your opponent.
- You can cancel the order and reset the price of the disk to make a quick transaction.
2.If you cannot cancel the order, or if other abnormal situations, like an unsuccessful withdrawal happened when the order is closed, please reopen the work order and attach a screenshot of the order and that of a wrong or abnormal order.
We will deal with it as soon as we can. In addition, the work orders without screenshots are treated with low priority.
